ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING

Simply put, an Activities of Daily Living Documentary is truth. It's a video of the injured party living life as they now experience it. There is no narration, scripting, special editing, or anything else added or changed to bias a jury. The real value of this type of documentary (also known as A DAY in the Life) is found in the allowing those who view it a much better understanding of what the injured party contends with each and every day.  It communicates a much more powerful reality that otherwise is just not fully understood. This is why Judges have ruled that this type of evidence is the absolute best way for a jury to fully comprehend the severity of the injury.

While an Activities of Daily Living Documentary is typically made for trial, they also are used as a mediation tool in an effort to reconsider discussions for an out of court settlement.
